SHIPPING POLICY

Our teams strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible from our fulfillment center.  All orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days. 

Domestic orders have the option of either UPS, or USPS.  All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).  

All U.S Federal Holidays are observed by our team, and processing will be handled during the next business day.

Please Note:  Orders may be held or cancelled if customer’s information cannot be verified.

UPS:

UPS Ground orders (available for the 48 contiguous states) will ship out within 1-5 business days of order date, excluding weekends.  You can expect to receive your order depending on your location.

USPS:

USPS Priority Mail orders will ship out within 1-5 business days of order date, excluding weekends.  You can expect to receive your order in 4 – 9 business days (not including processing times.)  

In the event that a package is returned back to shopping.takari.com, we will send a full refund minus the shipping costs and the 20 % restocking fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Top notch customer service is one of the core values to us here at shopping.takari.com.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase 

**(Returns must be unused, unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and 20 % restocking fee will be deduced from the original purchase). 

shopping.takari.com reserves the right to refuse items received in used condition or without the original packaging.

Contact us through describing the reason for return in detail. Once you receive a ticket #, you may return the item at your cost to our center.  

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
